Fort Funston Nature Outdoors

This time, took us longer to park at Fort Funston. The day was so beautiful that many Nature Lovers are bringing their Dog Friends and Family to the beach.

The Dogs look very happy and excited. It was one big Dog Beach Party below.

Everything so clear one can see the Golden Gate Bridge from Fort Funston. Winter have least Fogs and Summer has most Fogs in SF and the Bay Area. Seems strange but the why is all Science.

Wife stayed a bit with me at the lookout then went back to the car to rejoin our Son.

I didn’t walk down this time. Only got 15 minutes to enjoy Outdoors and Nature all to myself.

I turned on my Spotify Music Playlist as I walked the hiking trail next to the cliff.

I stopped a few times to appreciate the Ocean View before me and to observe the activities below.

Some People expect their trash to just walk towards the trash bin. Others expect someone will pick it for them. Some thinks Mother Earth is just one giant dumpster.

Was very windy. Had to be careful when I take pictures close to the edge.

Was just the start of a Lovely Day. Adventure has just began. The day, young. The possibilities, anything at our choosing.

This morning, it bloomed like it was blooming for the first time. End of the day, it withered like it was withering for the last time. The flower has no regrets because it tries to be the most beautiful, most productive both for itself and others everyday. We could be that flower. We can bloom like we never bloomed before.

Living in the moment is a lifestyle. We don’t have to explain nor defend why trying to feel alive and happy are very important.

Our Body, Our Happiness. That simple.

      I did. I thought I needed more time but I was actually satisfied with the short sacred experience with nature. I think it’s very important to balance our lives with what makes us fall in love with it. The stress of work, the effects of pervasive mental health challenges and negativity at work and what’s happening in the world needs a balancer, and for me it’s Nature and outdoors. Thanks.

    Beautiful captures of the sandy beach and flowers. I don’t understand why some people litter. We all have a shared responsibility to take care of our planet.

      Yes, the littering and disrespect to Nature is appalling, but I guess there are people who want enjoy nature and abuse it at the same time. We can only hope people wake up appreciating what’s left of our planet.

    Looked like a beautiful day out at Fort Funston. That cliff side view of the sun on the blue water is so inviting! Glad your wife got to enjoy some of the sun and the views!

    It’s too bad people have to litter at such a beautiful spot though. 🙄
