Don’t know when we can go back safely to the most amazing place on Earth, Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyland, Anaheim but I was able to capture the adventure in my iPhone from our last February 2020 trip just before the Coronavirus surge took us to the scariest ride of all.
So today, I will relive them with you and take you back to a time of all fun and no worries at Planet Batuu. We’ll meet and battle with Dark Vader and the First Order Clone Troopers. We will join the Resistance and liberate the Galaxy from oppression and tyranny. We become the heroic Rebels that will defend and liberate everyone.
The power of the Force begins now in you.
Darkness is a choice. So is light. Dark Vader is waiting for your reply. What’s it gonna be?
Going against Dark Vader requires great bravery and sacrifice. So before we take off into space for the epic fight, let’s celebrate you at Olga’s Cantina. They do serve non-alcoholic drinks so even our kids can go in…with their Rebel parents of course.
Resistance fighters need their inspirational “just before we go to battle” speech. The Mandalorian himself travelled across the galaxy so he can give it to you.
Heroes are not born, they are made by overcoming difficult and painful circumstances. Some never knew their destiny until someone or something made them realize who they are. Others already knew but just waiting for the right opportunity and courage. Either way we are heading for battle. No turning back.
We won. Our people are free. The galaxy is in peace once again because of you. Congratulations! As a price, you get to build your own BB or R series unit droid at Droid Depot.
Our Disneyland adventure will not be complete without lights, music and fireworks. I pick the happiest one. I think we all deserve it.
A happy moment is everything. A happy memory is worth more than gold. So, invest in the kind of magic you hope to last forever in your heart while we still have time with those we love. For me, it’s what being alive is suppose to be.
When we have a teenager, we need to be the cool parent who has to keep up and step up awesome to the next level. Rise of the Resistance experience did that for us this year. I was already thankful then for a chance of a lifetime, but after watching the rest of 2020 unfold, makes me even more grateful. I couldn’t think of a better way to repay than give back the happiness to someone else.

COVID-19 is a very long emotional scary roller coaster ride since February and has no signs of stopping . We have days to take a deep breathe and just when we are preparing to relax, it dips down 90 degrees in full acceleration. COVID 19 danger is a mixture of adrenaline and fear, much similar to thrill rides. Thanks . Stay safe. 🙏

I did the same thing! Even made a droid because why not. He had an orange-black color theme and was named “R4-ZR” , preferably Razor. Stay safe during this absolutely relentless time and thanks for the follow! 😁

The last time we went there we are suppose to get this food tray to stick to our droid hands so it can bring us expresso. It’s nice to be excited again like a kid. True happiness , right? Thanks .

Yeah. A lot of folks in their 20s keep sorrowing that their childhood is dead. But really, it’s their choice. Society has stuck you in college and not so subtlety suggested that you get married, have kids and settle down. Not like there’s anything wrong with that, but it’s all up to you. Fuck if your an “adult”, live life like the world ends tomorrow.

Live life today, doesn’t matter what age we’re in because tomorrow as the current events are showing never a guarantee. People made plans for this Summer not knowing they will never make it this Summer. People made a bucket list only to toss to the wind filled COVID19. I stop listening to others, I go where the heart wants for as long it’s still alive. Life lesson not taught in school or my parents. I learned it the hard way, but no regrets, just wait of energy and time. Live life where you are happy. That’s it!

We got to go to Disney World in February – right before Corona hit. The Star Wars attractions there are awesome, too! It was such a gift to be there with my whole family, even more special in light of everything that has happened in the world since!

Us, it’s Thanksgiving & Feb. The highlight of our last Feb trip was the Rise of the Resistance . It’s like Christmas Day. We slept early in anticipation, woke up at 5:00am, lined up at 6:00 am, then when gates opened at 7 am walked fast to our secret spot then wait for the 8 am county down . The feeling that we made it to the first guaranteed 66 group is like no other. I read Disney Florida opened this July, LA is still close as it’s the CA outbreak epicenter. Hope we get to relive the magic soon. Thanks .

I usually try to save memories via videos which I wish was there growing up because old memories are starting to disappear & reliving them like how it happened is truly a priceless gift of modern times and technology. Thanks .

It really, really is. I had the unfortunate experience of someone accidentally throwin away the tapes I had stored of when my oldest daughter was born, made by camcorder. Because of how precious that technology’s gift is, that was a particularly painful loss!

Sorry about that. Proof of memories like photos & videos are priceless . Unfortunately it can get lost or destroyed too. So after recording , capturing some memories, I try to savor the rest of a beautiful moment cause that last forever unless my brain starts forgetting. Thanks .
